I love my nails more every time I look at them! The salon is bright, clean, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. The service is absolutely amazing. After coming here, I don’t want to go anywhere else. Sarah did my nails, and her technique is incredible. She paid attention to every detail, and my nails turned out even better than I imagined. The warm towel and relaxing shoulder massage were such a thoughtful touch and made the whole experience feel luxurious. I highly recommend Sarah and this salon to anyone looking for beautiful nails and outstanding service. I can’t wait to come back!

Very calm and relaxing. I went there first thing in morning they took me right away as a walk-in, which is very nice considering my schedule changes all the time. I enjoyed massage with the warm towel.

UPDATE TO THIS POST: I took Albert up on his gift card to give his shop another try. My pedicure today was EXCELLENT !! I'm glad that I didn't give up on this shop. I'll definitely be back and recommending them as I always have. 🧡🧡 I have always loved my visits here. Unfortunately this last pedicure was disappointing! I had a young man who was just in a hurry to get through my pedicure. He grabbed the hot stones before he was done with the leg massage so the stones were anything but hot. I left the shop feeling as though I just wasted $65. I called and spoke to the manager and explained how unhappy I was and that the polish didn’t even look like 2 coats.He told me he would check the camera. How can you tell I wasn’t happy by a camera. He said he would give me a gift card for another pedicure. When I took him up on it he told me he couldn’t do it. He had to speak to the owner. He took my number and name and said the owner would call. I’m still waiting for that phone call. I have been a loyal customer for many years and this is how they handle a situation that wasn’t so great. I’ve noticed a lot of new faces each time I go in. Many of the techs that use to be there are gone. Time to take a break from this salon! I have always highly recommended them, especially on Facebook when people ask for recommendations. Unfortunately no more. I should have at least received a phone call with an apology instead of promising me a call that never came.

I decided to treat myself to a pedicure, since I had one previously here and loved it. Unfortunately this time was extremely disappointing and I will not be back. I told them I wanted a gel pedicure and ended up upgrading to a “white tea” pedicure for a total of $65. As she was painting my nails, I thought it was odd I didn’t get the massage or hot stone treatment that came with the pedicure. After painting, she gave me a quick leg “massage” with one hand and zero pressure. I couldn’t tell if she was rubbing on lotion or giving me a massage. It seemed like an inconvenience to her that I came in. At this point, almost at the end of the pedicure and after she already painted my nails, she said “gel is $20 extra” and I was shocked. I feel like that’s a very high upcharge, especially compared to other salons. It would have been nice to know that before, and it seemed very shady. I paid $85 and left there so upset and disappointed that I wasted my money. I used to recommend this salon to everyone, but I will never go back.

I have been going to Hello Nails for a couple years now and every time I go I have a wonderful experience! The staff are incredibly talented and professional. I will give them designs that I feel are pretty challenging and they absolutely nail them every single time (no pun intended). The environment is clean and relaxing and the staff does not force conversation, but they are always happy to chat! I would recommend Hello Nails to anyone and everyone!
